About the winery
BIBO RUNGE starts where others stop: This includes manual harvesting only, so that the best grapes get into the wine. With a very long maceration times, the aromas get extracted from the grapes and the mash is then gently and carefully processed in the French basket press. The wines ferment with natural yeasts and are matured in oak barrels for at least 10 months. This results in vegan wines that have been given time to develop themselves: aroma-intensive and self-confident. The range includes high-quality Rieslings, Riesling sparkling wines in rosé and white and also Pinot Noir. All BIBO RUNGE wines tell a story like the REVOLUZZER tells the story of the first German democratic movement 200 years ago. Located in the heart of Germany – the Rheingau in Oestrich-Winkel, only 45 minutes from Frankfurt airport at the river Rhine. Between April and September you can enjoy our wines at The REVOLUZZER summer house from 1820 in the middle of the vineyards. A place with a lot of history.
