Brothers Mark and Peter Saturno oversee operations, along with a small but specialised vineyard, events, admin and catering team. Passionate about their heritage, the family has infused Longview with an Italian accent. Tipping their hat to the family’s matriarch, Tarquinia “Queenie” Saturno, they produce meticulous examples of traditional Northern Italian wines and focus their food around all regions of their spiritual homeland. Embracing the rituals of making tomato pasta sauce, curing meats and pickling vegetables, the Saturno's are passionate about sharing their history with their customers.
