Located in the Monticello AVA (American Viticultural Area), Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards is a member of the Virginia Winery Association and Monticello Wine Trail. Pippin Hill is unique among the growing number of fine wineries along Virginia’s Monticello Wine Trail. We not only create distinguished boutique wines, Pippin Hill’s Tasting Room pairs them with some of the most elevated cuisine you’ll find in these gentle hills. It’s a love story, really. Which is how all good stories begin. And so it is with Pippin Hill—the lovechild of proprietors, and husband and wife team, Lynn Easton and Dean Andrews. Lynn and Dean have a combined wealth of professional experience in luxury properties and bespoke events, and Pippin Hill represents the marrying of their complementary talents, in a place they love—the undulating green hills of Virginia’s wine country. Pippin Hill’s ideal terroir features a stable foundation of granitic pre-Cambrian formation, a deep groundwater aquifer and soils from two ancient and four alluvial fans. Here they have brought together a team of hospitality pros who share their love of this place. A farm family. A vineyard ripe with people who love people and love what they do—ready to welcome you.
