The grapes are vinified by clone and blended blind before starting the magic of secondary fermentation. These sleeping beauties spend years evolving on the bottle lees. History & Geography
The Outhwaite family planted vines on a rare greensand ridge in the green and pleasant land of West Sussex in 2008. With its spectacular views over the South Downs the vineyard produces some of the finest English Sparkling. The Ambriel Classic was chosen by Decanter as one of their Wines of the Year 2020.
