About the winery
The Cave de l’Orlaya was founded in 2016 when Mathilde Roux took over the Cave Gérard Roduit. She remains in charge of this beautiful eight-hectare vineyard today. Mathilde’s primary concern is producing wines of exceptional quality. This begins at her vines on the magnificent slopes of Fully, where she works meticulously, controlling yields to the strictest degree, harvesting the grapes entirely by hand, and managing them as respectfully as possible until they arrive in the cellar, where the precise and careful work continues, allowing each varietal to express itself fully.

History & Geography
Situated in the heart of the Fully vineyards, at the foot of the Grand Chavalard, the Cave de l’Orlaya is a small, friendly winery. Owner Mathilde Roux will share her passion for exceptional wines with you, taking you through the entire winemaking process – from vine to bottle. Orlaya’s vineyards are situated almost exclusively to the west of Fully, towards Branson and Vers-l’Église, where a large number of old vines are grown on some 80 plots.
