One of the original organic wineries in Central Otago Mount Edward now runs its winery and vineyards under regenerative farming principles which incorporates social and environmental sustainability alongside a positive carbon footprint at its core. Innovative, design focused, one of New Zealand premium wineries that somehow straddles the divide between traditional and avant-garde.
