History & Geography
"Between the Matildic hills at Quattro Castella is the Relais Roncolo 1888 within the Venturini Baldini Agricultural Company, immersed in a natural reserve covered with organic cultivation of native vineyards where, with a manual harvest, the best grapes are selected to guarantee an excellent production of sparkling and Lambrusco wines, while from our ancient vinegar factory of 1670 we get the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP of Reggio Emilia. The Dimora Manodori, an estate of Matildic origin, which has always been the home of counts and marquises, still boasts an excellent artistic and cultural heritage: large halls, the Italian garden and the lemon house, are refined and elegant solutions, ideal for living recurrences or unique ceremonies.
