DolceVera

Give yourself the gift of experiencing and discovering the wine of Valpolicella with our tours and tastings

About the winery
The face of the nun in the DOLCEVERA logo is a heraldic shield, surrounded by a veil, concentrated on the simplicity of a secret, the secret of something that is simplicity itself. Here, a young man has gone back to cultivating the land, bucking the trend of many young people during the last century. He has returned to the countryside, heeding the call of a genuine approach to life of which he suddenly became aware.

History & Geography
DolceVera was born from the dream of a young winemaker, Marco Benedetti who decided to start cultivating 5 hectares of vineyards at “Villa di Negrar” in Valpolicella Classica in 2013.Thanks to the passion for its work transmitted by his father, Marco started to produce his wines in 2015 with the aim to explain the territory of the rolling hills of Villa di Negrar which have always been renowned for its excellent wine quality. It is among this hills that Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto find their unique identity. Thanks to the accurate, meticulous and sustainable work in the vineyard, Marco manages to obtain his high quality wines, fruit of his love and his passion for this land. With “DolceVera”, Marco wants to share more than just a bottle of wine; he also wants to tell about him through a dedication to its land and to the passion that unites father and son
