History & Geography
Fifth generation to grow up vines on the winery, Christian Roche inherit of a part of the winery in 1984. Five years later, he decided to fit out the vinification cellar to become an independant wine grower/maker. To produce authentic wines representative of a "terroir", he decides to convert the entire winery in organic farming in 2009. For two years, a new line is offered : the cuvée "Ça Sulfit!", natural wines without any added sulphites.
