Domaine de la Senche

Small family owned vineyard property in the South of France, making small volumes of high quality wine and olive oil.

About the winery
Domaine de la Senche is a small boutique winery in the village of La Livinière, in Languedoc, South of France. We make some 11 000 bottles of wine per year from different parcelles in the foothills of the Black Mountains. The diversity of the parcelles as well as the favourable climate adds to the complexity of our wines. Our focus is on organic farming and all harvest of grapes is done manually. In the cellar we have all equipment necessary for high quality wine making, including temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. We welcome visitors for wine tastings, walk in the vineyards, lunch or dinner in the vinyard in the garden or in the wine cellar. We can also organise wine seminars for groups. We also have a gites and can offer stays for our visitors. Tove and Arnstein Hernes, DiplWSET
