About the winery
The vineyards spread out on limestone-claysoils over around thirty hectares around the estate buildings . We use the eco-friendly vinegrowing and tending techniques, wich leave room for taditional methods and include shallow-ploughing between the vines. Next to the "classical" grape varieties that the grow within the AOP area ( Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault ) we tend improving varieties outside the appellation area that include Syrah and Mourvedre, as well as Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon In our new winery from 2004/2005 with stainless still vats , we vinify and mature our wines, keeping respect for wine tradition at the forefront of our actions.
