About the winery
Château Capitoul, located in the heart of the largest classified natural site in the Languedoc, will open its doors next June. Fully renovated, the castle will have luxurious villas and rooms in the heart of the castle with a refined decor, just like the two other castles. In order to live an exceptional and unique experience, the terraces of the Chateau, the Spa 5 Worlds or even the restaurant, will offer you a breathtaking view of the vineyards of the domain, the pond of Ayrolle and the Pyrenees. For even more sensations, the Chateau will have a gastronomic restaurant with local and Mediterranean flavors, where products will be grown directly in the Chateau's vegetable garden. The place will be chic and distinguished, but you should find a warm and friendly atmosphere.

History & Geography
In 2011, Bonfils family, already heir to several domains in the Languedoc-Roussillon and Bordelais, bought the Château Capitoul as well as its vineyard in order to develop commercial activities. Epicurean claimed and animated by the will to share their love for wine and vineyard, they wish today, build an authentic and high-end oenotouristic offer, refined and decontracted, by partnering with Karl O’Hanlon, the CEO of Domaine & Demeure, whose the Château will open its doors in 2021.
