History & Geography
The Colchagua Valley is recognized as one of the most important premium wine production areas in the southern hemisphere. It is located in Region VI, just 150 km south of Santiago. The vineyard from which we obtain our grapes is located in Santa Cruz, a valley with a dry rain regime, 12 km southwest of the city of Santa Cruz. Its topography is colluvial and the soils are of granodioritic origin. Therefore, it is possible to find different levels of hard soils as the slope increases. The vineyards are located on a slope with a primary north orientation, we also carry out specific work on the grape, regulating the yield, solar exposure and the location of the bunch on the vine.
