About the winery
A small, family-led operation, the winery is nestled in to the hillside in the hinterlands of Shoreham. The Ocean Eight winery features the only underground, gravity fed barrel room in the region. The cellar door sits atop the winery, guests can taste in our tasting room or barrel room.

Established in 2006, Ocean Eight has been growing and making wines in the cool, maritime climate of the Mornington Peninsula. Winemaker & founder Michael Aylward works to produce quality and expressive wines, relying on the strengths of the beautiful, green maritime environment & exemplary practises in the vineyard.
