About the winery
Home Hill Winery is nestled in the picturesque Huon Valley, a short thirty-minute drive south of Hobart. With stunning views of the surrounding vines, pastures, livestock and mountains, we are country retreat where our guests enjoy the quiet peacefulness of this paradise away from the hustle and bustle. Home Hill is an awarding winning boutique family run winery. Planted the 6 hectare vineyard in 1993 and had our first commercial release in 2000. Home Hill has since planted more of our award winning Pinot Noir and the popular Pinot Gris. The vineyard is now 12 hectares in size. Everything in the vineyard is done by our own hands.

History & Geography
Our vineyard use to be an apple orchard, now it is a beautiful leafy vineyard that is producing one of Australia's best Pinot Noir. Home Hill Winery is one of the most prestigious and awarded wineries in Australia, winning the coveted Jimmy Watson Memorial trophy at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show in 2015, for the 2014 Kelly's Reserve Pinot Noir.
