About the winery
Our winery was established in 2016 when we welcomed our experienced winemaker Jeremy Mount to our team. Our first class equipment includes a four tonne press that enables our grapes to be pressed in an inert environment, ensuring full preservation of the delicate aromas and flavours. All of our sparkling wines are made using the traditional method, and have a minimum 15 months on the lees before being released.

Planted on the limestone soils of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Woodchester Valley is a family owned vineyard and winery, established by Fiona Shiner in 2007 when she planted an acre of vines at her home in Amberley. Since then, the estate has grown to 55 acres across three sites within the Stroud Valleys, and we're proud to be producing some world class wines.
