About the winery
Waverley Hills is best known for producing award winning organic wines with a unique style - Extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos (garrigue) characteristic. We also produce olives in brine, air dried olives and a small amount of olive oil. The Estate is situated on the Tulbagh Wine Route between Tulbagh and Ceres, close to Wolseley, South Africa, at the foothills of the breathtaking Witzenberg Mountain Range

History & Geography
Waverley Hills is part of Brenn-O-Kem. A company that has been involved in the wine industry for the past 51 years and owned by the Du Toit family of Stellenbosch. Brenn-O-Kem buy in all the by-products from the wine industry and reproduce it into other products used in the wine, food and pharmaceutical industries and has thus been involved in recycling for the past 5 decades.
