Kabaj

Our accommodation offer our guests relaxation in a pleasant home environment, pampering with peace, nature and good food. On a well-deserved vacation, our guests will also have a lot of experiences, as the Kabaj homestead is an excellent starting point for long walks and exploring the natural and cultural pearls of Goriška Brda. The recipes, which our grandmothers carefully wrote down and jealously hid in their cookbooks, enchant even the most demanding gourmet. At the Kabaj homestead, we looked for old cookbooks and added a pinch of novelty, a pinch of the Mediterranean, a pinch of imagination and a pinch of novelty to the rich "Brda" cuisine. On the site where the building now stands above the large basement, there used to be a village inn. Here they drank homemade wine, offered tobacco and salt. They also threw bowlers in front of the inn. For gourmet pampering of closed companies and groups, we prepare a specially agreed menu with accompanying wines.
