Torre de Palma Wine Hotel

Herdade da Torre de Palma is located at the heart of the Alto Alentejo wine region, more specifically in Monforte, Portalegre. This project is focused on the production of signature wines, such as our blend of Arinto and Alvarinho varietals. Our wines respect the terroir in which they have grown and are mostly handcrafted, separated into small lots. Torre de Palma’s hallmark is its boutique winery, which also symbolizes the estate’s wine culture. The main aim was to build a traditional winery with its small marbled (marble from the region) wine-presses, where the grapes are trodden and the red ones fermented. One can also find refrigerated cement deposits. Lastly, this area includes a room with large wooden barrels and a wine tasting room.
