About the winery

History & Geography
Etna has unique physical characteristics in the world ranging from the geographical position, to the quality and difference of its volcanic, from the characteristics of the unique microclimate for each side to the floristic and fauna biodiversity. The testimony of this indissoluble relationship between the "Muntagna" and its inhabitants are the works, settlements / productive settlements or terracing, which man has realized in the past in full respect of the place and with absolute kindness without altering the normal conformity of the existing . We have always cultivated the native vines of Etna with the method and the criteria of organic agriculture: Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, for the red berried grapes; Carricante and Catarratto, for the white grape varieties.
