About the winery
Azienda Vitivinicola Enrico Crola is an Italian young and dynamic family owned winery in high-Piedmont. We offer niche and high-quality products, we pay great attention to design and communication as well. We are in Mezzomerico, completely surrounded by greenery and with a fantastic view of our vineyards. Our underground section is dedicated to the processing and the aging of our products. While Enolounge, the above-ground construction, is a charming and ecofriendly structure, built in wood and glass to reduce its environmental impact, reflecting our philosophy of respect for the land. We also have an innovative photovoltaic system, SmartFlower. We follow the idea of experiential tourism linked to wine. Our wine cellar is the fulcrum of a new way of presenting local products. It is a place capable of expressing the philosophy and style of our wine production, of telling a story filled with passion and of welcoming wine tourists for an extended stay they will fondly remember.

History & Geography
Azienda Vitivinicola Enrico Crola was founded in 2006 by cultivating our grapes. The processing and vinification of these were then subsequently integrated, resulting in the productions of wines and the sale of the finished product. This was based on our dream of creating a company from scratch, and we invested our savings into buying the first plots of land. The first wine cellar came in 2009 - it was small, but big enough to accommodate the first harvest. Since 2010, we have been busy with our first sales, expanding our equipment, researching quality and innovative products within our area (most notably, our Metodo Classico Spumante). 2014 marked the turning point: we began work on our new wine cellar, which grew much larger and became completely enshrouded by greenery, surrounded by our vineyards.
