About the winery
Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil Appellation enjoying the chemistry of climate, soil and grape variety. Grape variety : cabernet franc Climate : facing full South and sheltered from Northern winds by the forest, the vineyard enjoys an exceptional micro-climate Terroir : The wines made at La jarnoterie vineyard is planted on silicate clayish soils. The vines are constantly cared for, respecting time and soil requirements: partial grass covering, leaf thinning... The only goal being to ensure the best fruit quality and consequently the best quality of wines.

History & Geography
The Estate, a family property of 26 hectares, waz established in 1893. For five generations, we have focused our attention on working hard and precisely with one goal : to highlight the subtlety of our grape vartiety (Cabernet Franc) and reveal the best of our terroir the vines benefit from constant care , respecting the value of time and the expression of the soil. We use integrated farming methods which respect the environment HVE 3 (High Environmental Value) label. This quest for taste and spirit now results in a unique signature finely textured wines that are fleshy, delicate, elegante and fruity. The magic of the wine grower ! The quality of the wines is highlighted by various medals and distinctions : -CGA PARIS (Paris General Agricultural Competition) and Hachette Wine Guide -IWC, Wine Enthusiast and Decanter Our wines are found in leading restaurants, including thos listed in the Michelin Giude and the restaurants at the Elysée Palace.
