Winery & Buschenschank

About the winery
Located in West Styria, goes the history of the winery back to the year 1820. Viticulture is now in focus and quality comes first. The winery is located at an altitude of 440 meters. The most important variety is the "Blauer Wildbacher" from which the rosé wine "Schilcher" is made. Equally important are the white wines that convince of their quality. There is also the possibility to enjoy the traditional dishes and the wines in the Buschenschank.

History & Geography
"Supported by the independence of the West Styrian wine-growing region, the foundations on which we can build solidly today have been strengthened over the past decades," says Franz Hiden, who runs the Höllerhansl winery together with his wife Maria and two sons Stephan and Peter. The history of his house goes back to 1820 and refers to the owner Johann Höller at that time - the Vulgoname was created by him.
