About the winery
Greenhill Wines is situated in the Adelaide Hills in the prestigious GI Piccadilly Valley. The winemaker Paul Henschke creates small batch bespoke cool climate wines, and Penny Henschke serves Mediterranean lunches, cake and espresso coffee. The renovated 19th century stone cottage features a stunning view of the Piccadilly valley .

History & Geography
Paul and Penny bought the 20 year old vineyard in 2009, their first vintage was in 2011. the cellar door opened in July 2017. They have lived in the region since 1987, and strive to make their cellar door an integral part of the vibrant Hills community. Their first wine in 2011 was a pinot noir sparkling rose made with methode traditionelle. Since then Paul has also created pinot noir red wine, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and gruner veltliner. not all wines are available all the time.
