About the winery
Finca Victoria is the vineyard where a new family winery of Héctor and Pablo Durigutti is being built in a boutique style as part of a sustainable project in harmony with the local ecosystem created by century-old vines. The winery is integrated into the dam to promote biodiversity and take full advantage of the available water resources and will be home mainly to wines made from vineyards on the property. Traditional concrete vats are being built with cement amphorae for natural, unfiltered wines that mostly aren’t barrel-aged with no added stabilizers or clarifying agents: technology and expertise employed as part of a winemaking vision that seeks to bring out the best of the terroir.

DURIGUTTI FAMILY WINEMAKERS is a family winery founded in 2002, the realization of a dream shared by the sibling oenologists Héctor and Pablo Durigutti. Located in Las Compuertas, in the heart of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, the vineyard is set in the middle of a historic corridor for Argentine wine, where the country’s iconic grape, Malbec, was first planted. Of great importance to the country’s wine heritage, the area boasts hundred-year-old vines from which grapes are still harvested for wine production. Finca Victoria is extremely well-located, just 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the provincial capital in the middle of an oasis at the foot of the Andes, where it is home to wines of distinctive character and identity.
