History & Geography
Antigal is one of the oldest wineries in the region dating from 1897 and one of the few that is still in production. After it was refurbished in 2005, Antigal became a place where modern production technologies come together in perfect harmony with the historic architecture. The historical tour begins in our vineyard, continues with the vinification process, then we visit the barrel room in underground cellars and ends with a tasting of choice in our wonderful rooms that consist in old fermentation tanks that were used hundreds of years ago.
