About the winery
Family operated winery that was established in 2003. Work in the vineyard, harvest, vinification, & bottling are performed under personal supervision/care of father and son. Our vineyards are certified under organic farming and feature low yield per hectare while giving excellent quality grapes per harvest! We use stainless steel tanks for wines' aging but also French oak barrels. Winery also has a distillery and our recent products are Tsipouro & Brandy. A Greek grape variety is replacing Merlot in the vineyard!

Mr. Christos Kalaitzis had always been a winemaker since his young age when he'd buy grapes from various vine growers and then make wine in his parents' house just for his friends. It was his love and dedication on this hobby that urged him establish a winery and setup his own vineyards so he'd be able to control production throughout all possible phases.
