The philosophy of the Winery is to maintain the regional characteristics and character of all the wines, without losing site of the goal of producing State of the Art wines. The Winery’s technical design it’s an innovative example for others in Portugal. Here the grapes are transported, exclusively, with the use of gravity. We dont use pumps in this phase, to preserve the maximum quality which we produce in the vineyard. This careful winemaking produces very complex wines, with natural flavors, which reflect its unique and typical character of the indigenous varieties and the Estate itself.
