Our Mission At Gervasi Vineyard, our mission is to provide a memorable winery experience to travelers, diners, and wine lovers. Guests are welcome to stay with us in one of our luxurious suites and enjoy everything that our award-winning winery has to offer. Winery Resort Gervasi Vineyard offers several accommodation options for guests seeking a unique experience. You can stay in our Tuscan-inspired Villas, our newly-built boutique inn, The Casa, and our restored Farmhouse from the early 1800s. For guests looking to treat themselves or impress their business partners, we also offer luxury packages that combine our finest wines, spirits, dining, and amenities. What We Offer Located inside of The Crush House, our winery produces a range of red and white wines to satisfy any palate. At the winery, we offer tastings, wine pairings with small plates, and more to enhance your experience. Overnight Guests can also enjoy a full slate of in-room services.

History & Geography
Gervasi Vineyard owner Ted Swaldo and his family trace their roots straight to Italy. Inspired by Grandma Gervasi’s (maiden name) traditional Italian ways and cooking, their Tuscan-inspired dream became a reality, and today their vision continues to grow and evolve. The seeds of Gervasi Vineyard began in 2009 after Ted Swaldo retired as CEO at ASC Industries, Inc. in North Canton, Ohio. A self-made success, an engineer at heart with many interests and hobbies, he played a key role in the development of the winery production facility. The project has always been a family affair, with Ted’s son, Scott Swaldo, overseeing all operations and development. Other members of the extended Swaldo family also play key roles in making Gervasi Vineyard the success that it is. The family strives to integrate their traditional Italian heritage with their many interests, including great food, wine, fun and appreciation for beautiful things.
