Bremerton Wines

We’ve created an environment that not only produces the very best wine experience, but a sense of place that reflects our family’s ongoing commitment.

About the winery
At Bremerton you’ll experience the real Langhorne Creek, because we do all the little things – in the vineyard, in the winery and at the cellar door. Rebecca and Lucy Willson became the first sisters to run a winery in Australia and have created an environment that not only produces the very best wine experience, but a sense of place that reflects the family’s ongoing commitment to the region. And everyone at Bremerton shares that passion – it’s more than a winery, it’s our life.

History & Geography
Bremerton Wines evolved in 1988 when our first wine, 57 dozen of a Cabernet Sauvignon, was made with grapes purchased from a neighbour. We continued experimenting with small batches of fruit over the next five years, launching a Shiraz in 1991. We now produce over 20 different wines and in recent years include many alternative varietals including Vermentino, Fiano, Lagrein and a delicious Tempranillo Graciano Blend.
