Champagne Fleury

30 years biodynamic

About the winery
For generations, the Fleury family has been growing vines on the chalky-clay slopes of the Côte des Bars in the southern part of the Champagne region, at the spot where the first tributaries flow into the Seine. 1895 – 2020: 125 years of the Fleury vineyards Emile Fleury was the first in the area to replant his vineyards with grafted Pinot vines after the devastation caused by phylloxera. 1929 – 2020: Fleury celebrates 91 years of existence In 1929, his son Robert transformed his own grape harvest into champagne and so became a “récoltant-manipulant”, committed to producing a high quality champagne. 1989 – 2020: 31 years biodynamics
